SK Development, Charles Blaichman and Scott Sabbagh developed this 85,000 square foot, mixed-use retail/residential condominium that was completed and sold out in 2007. The Urban Glass House was the last project designed by the world famous, Pritzker Prize-winning architect Philip Johnson. Designer Annabelle Selldorf completed the interior design of the project after the passing of Johnson.
