SK Development, CB Developers and Ironstate Development (CBSK Ironstate) completed the 115,000 square foot, mixed-use retail/residential project in 2014. BKSK Architects was the architect for The Jefferson and Kara Mann Design handled the public and amenity spaces while Town & Garden design the landscaping. Sales began in Spring 2013 and the of the 83-unit project sold out in five months.
