SK Development, CB Developers and Nancy Peck developed this 50,000 square foot, mixed-use theater/residential condominium project at 219 West 19th Street. It sold out and was completed it in 2002. The twelve, custom-designed loft homes were constructed along with a new theater space for the Dance Theater Workshop. The development team purchased the site from the Dance Theater and delivered back space for its new facility.
