The Highline Building

450 West 14th Street
100,000 sq. ft.
Mixed use, office and retail

Designed by Morris Adjmi, the project was a conversion and vertical expansion of a former beef processing facility in the Meatpacking District. It is an 11-story building with six new floors of construction on top of the existing structure. One of the most striking design elements of this building, and of any building in the neighborhood, is the section of the High Line Park that runs through 103 feet of the lower floors.
